Discounts

Discounts that actually apply.

Small business discount applies automatically. Volume tiers kick in at 50 users. Founding pricing stacks with both. Annual prepay stacks with everything.

Founding

-15% Founding rate.

Sign on any tier before September 1, 2026 and lock in a 15% discount for the first 12 months. After that, standard pricing applies.

Small business

-10% under 10 users.

Teams of 1 to 10 users get an automatic 10% small business discount on Essentials and Professional tiers. Stacks with Founding pricing.

Volume

Enterprise volume tiers.

50 to 99 users: 10% off list. 100 to 249 users: 15% off list. 250+ users: custom-quoted with dedicated TAM. Stacks with annual prepay.

Prepay

-5% annual prepay.

Pay your annual contract up front and take another 5% off. Refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel inside the term.

Other rates

Project work, hardware, travel.

The numbers we'd quote you on a project SOW. Everything's GST-applicable. PST applies to telecom, hardware, and parts only.

Project rate

$140 / hour.

Project work, custom development, integrations, and one-off engagements. Quoted up front. Tracked transparently. GST applies.

Travel & mileage

$0.72 / km.

CRA-aligned mileage for on-site work outside the local Prince George service zone. GST applies, PST exempt.

Hardware

Cost + 15%.

Transparent markup on procured hardware. GST and PST apply. We'll always show you the source quote.

Emergency

$210 / hour after-hours.

Outside business hours, weekends, and statutory holidays. Waived for Enterprise tier and after-hours add-on subscribers.

Contracts

How long is the term?

Managed IT is month-to-month after a 90-day onboarding minimum. No multi-year traps. Care plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice.

Discounts

Can discounts stack?

Yes. Small business (-10% under 10 users) stacks with Founding (-15% before Sept 1, 2026) and with annual prepay (-5%). Volume discounts apply to 50+ user contracts.

Volume

Multi-site or 50+ users.

50 to 99 users: 10% volume discount. 100 to 249: 15%. 250+: custom-quoted with a dedicated TAM. Multi-site environments are bundled into one contract with site-level reporting.

Taxes

What about GST and PST?

GST 5% applies to all our invoices. BC PST 7% applies only on telecom (Starlink), hardware, and parts. Services are PST-exempt.

Most new partnerships involve an initial onboarding fee. This one time investment covers the deep audit of your systems, documentation of your network, and the implementation of our security standard. We ensure your Microsoft 365 environment, backups, and networking equipment are fully optimised and secure from day one. This process creates a stable foundation for the ongoing support and management provided in your monthly plan.
